You should treat field goals like sacks. So many points go unscored and sometimes end up losing you the game. Every 2 field goals should equal one pack.

Some of what you count as a rage quit seems a bit touchy. Typically, if they play the full game minus the last 2 minutes and they don't have a chance to win, I would say that is just conceding defeat and not a rage quit. But in this instance, to grief someone like that to be kicked by EA is 100% a rage quit. Personally, all those packs that are accumulating in your binder I think you should be able to open/use. It probably won't help much, but it is stuff you get from the game.
