3 most important question? Where can we save the data for new enrollments(works)? Is there SDK where we can write our won software stores data to sql server database records? Does it loose any connection during loadshedding?

@@gcobanimkontwana4909 the unit does work with its own software called access 3.5 database is ms access but can also use sql. There are sdk if you want to write your own software. Logs are stored on the device. So as long as your f17 is on battery backup no logs should be lost.

Do you have it connected to a PC? If so you can click on device. Double click on Device. Use the option clear permissions and you will have access to it.
