GTA San Andreas - How get the Police Maverick at the very beginning of the game

One of the best locations to obtain the Police Maverick in while standing on the deck of the aircraft carrier at Easter Basin Naval Station.
Once the Police Maverick is obtained it's very hard to store in a garage, and that's because it cannot be moved with a Tow Truck. In this video I was able to store it at the garage in Doherty.

Think might b2 late 2mention this but the method I found out by myself "no cheats no nothing" was to go to the tallest building and get the parachute, then start getting it wanted level up while u make u way to the airport and then get a plane and land on one of those yellow cranes at the docks! Try landing on the platform cuz u gotta b on the platform in order to get the chopper that’s gon b flyin around! Make sure to b by the end of the platform before the chopper comes that way it can turn around cuz sometimes like if u too close to the crane of whatever u call that thing the chopper'll get stuck under th!
