@@bigman6251 Basically, the "booter" tracks your internet's IP Address (essentially, an identifier code for your router's internet connection thats normally invisible to others) They then use bots or some other means to overload your router and make you go offline by overflowing your internet connection. It's childish and technically a minor felony but few ever get caught because so many of these attacks happen so frequently, and with little lasting damage other than inconvenience for the poor person getting booted, so most law enforcement agencies can't deal with all of them.
