For the anecdote in a interview Thomas Astruc explain that the scene in the episode Sole Crusher, when Zoe is meeting with Marinette for the first time was written as a love at first sight for Zoe, if we look closely we can also see her blushing in this scene ! ^^

@Reactions.Addict They try to put LGBTQ characters in a roundabout way, because some countries airing the show would cut or outright ban some episodes if it was made more explicit. Astruc said on Twitter with a wink that if people noticed there is something between Ju and Rosie, then it's obvious it's there and people believe what they like more. "Reverser", where Marc is akumatized, was banned in Russia because of anti "gay propanganda" laws for productions aimed at kids. So the threat is real 🙁. Alix was stated to be aromantic (convenient for someone who spends most of her life without any companionship), and Max asexual (ah, the stereotype of the asexual nerd... 😛). Here they really try to push they chance with having Zoe in love with the main character in the episode where Marinette tells Adrien she loves him, making it virtually impossible to cut or ban. Clever. Note however that Zoe, IIRC, doesn't get to effectively say "I love you" to Marinette. I think this is the last "red line" they felt it might have been uncautious to cross. More globally I love how sneaky they were in S5 with many things.

Also about the specials (at least the 2 most recent ones): Miraculous World: Paris, Tales of Shadybug and claw noir takes place right after episode 3 of season 5, it doesn’t push the plot forward but it’s still FIREE, as for Miraculous World: London, At The Edge Of Time, it takes place at the end of season 5, I won’t say much about it since you haven’t gotten there yet, but oh gosh, you don’t know what you’re in for… as for the movie, it really is its own universe of the show, i would say it’s the entire series in a nutshell in its own way, I think you’ll love it tho! ❤

3:03 Alr: so, the Paris/Reverse Special actually takes place after episode 3 Destruction.. So just to get you up to date, the season 4 finale 2 part episods takes place on the same day, then episode 1 of season 5 takes place in the same day but barely any time passes because they spend most of the time outside of time in the burrow, then the first segments of episode 2 take place (where Ladybug and Cat Noir look for Felix in London, and when Marinette and Alya have their sleepover). Then the Destruction episode happens btw the moment that Adrien talks to Gabriel about not wanting to be a model anymore happens at the same time as this sleepover which is actually a few hours ago in m Miraculous time before Gabriel gets cataclysmed.. The sleepover continues and it leads into the Reverse Special, and then the rest of the Multiplication episode after the sleepover segment happens in the following days and weeks. So just off that time alone, this whole event took place between 3 days, but Multiplication has it stretch out to a few weeks.. The Paris special doesn't really add much to the lore, it's not really referred to later on, but it does have character growth and development, so you can feel free to watch it after you finish season 5. Now, as for episode 27 Action, it takes place between episodes 21 and 22 but it doesn't really add to the plot of the story either so you can watch it whenever but it does chronologically take place between those two episodes, so if you want to follow the chronology of events, you can still do it unlike the Paris/Reverse Special.. After that, you basically finish season 5, and react to the London Special last as that branches to season 6 in a way and it is connected to the season 5 finale, so it has to be seen after the whole season.. As for the movie, it is its own reboot universe and Jeremy ZAG's personal interpretation of Miraculous.. You can really feel free to watch it whenever as it won't impact the series in any way.. Andre should've been more strict with Chloe to begin with tbh.. I felt like he always gave her whatever he wanted, he raised her giving everything she wanted and then she became spoiled, always wanting attention, both parents are at fault for her upbringing and being the way she is, if Andre was more grounded with Zoe and more strict, then maybe Chloe would actually become a better person way sooner and she would actually have real friends because she wouldn't have the need to act like a spoiled brat to anyone and say she's better than anyone when she's raised the right way. Sure he did everything for Audrey and never wanted to be Mayor in the first place since it seems he was more into movie directing.. but Audrey also left him and Chloe when Chloe was a younger child, that could've been his chance to turn things around and raise her the right way into being a respectful and generous human being but he got corrupted by power and greed, I assume he barely had time to take care of his daughter since he is a Mayor, so he was probably absent most of the times and Chloe grew up seeing her dad act in power, demanding things and requesting things instead of teaching her how to become a respectful and good person, so she grew up seeing his habits and became a spoiled brat, who now always asks her father for everything she wants and now he is making her spoiled instead of putting her in her place and actually teaching her how to be considerate.. So, Chloe's way of being isn't really her fault, it's because of her parents' influence and now we're seeing Andre admit to his wrong doings and trying to be a better father figure to Zoe, instead of being a better father figure to Chloe, which is just wrong.. He still has time to teach Chloe how to be a better person, she's still young, but no, he doesn't attempt to do so and he focuses his attention on Zoe, to me that just says that he's a coward who runs away from his own problems that he created, instead of really trying to fix them and make them better.. Chloe is his literal daughter, as a parent it is his responsibility to raise her and it just doesn't seem like he went about it in the best of ways.. he might be a better person now, but it still doesn't change from how badly he influenced Chloe's upbringing.. 14:20 Gabriel is actually cooked at this point, I think his lack of moral has been going away, which means that he's been going insane this season, as he's literally going to die, so I feel like he is going all out trying to do everything at once and that mentality is affecting the way he is treating Adrien, especially when it comes to his relationship with Marinette.. but I do think their relationship would get stopped regardless because he probably made some deal with Kagami's Mom who also wants to end their relationship so that Adrigami can be canon. However it just seems like now, Gabriel is more desperate about it and everything else because he knows he only has a short time to live and his days are numbered.. 18:03 I get Sabrina wants to feel validated and she's obviously known Chloe for so long but clearly she can see that Chloe is a bad influence and Idk why it took so long until now to realise this now that Lila entered their friendship group but she should've disassociated from Chloe sooner, she would've been way happier being friends with Marinette and everyone else, because now she is being controlled by both Lila and she can't really stand up for herself on her own.. 29:05 it is really great to see Adrien standing up to Chloe for her behaviour instead of trying to be nice to her like before, I appreciate his character development in this part, because early season Adrien probably wouldn't even say anything.. 33:50 this was a W Zoe moment though but I am glad that she got proven innocent by the heroes.. Unfortunately Chloe got no punishment for partaking in the theft plan but that's not surprising, she needs to stop getting away with everything and people need to start growing spines.. Zoe's declaration was absolutely well done, it didn't even need much words to describe her feelings and it was important in motivating Marinette to also declare her feelings.. They were both happy with the outcome they got in the end.. That ending was crazy though, it basically heavily implied that Adrien is a Senti-being.. Gabriel literally wasn't present around them, he was in the mansion, but Adrien literally saw that image of his father in his mind and was just felt like he had to leave, even he didn't know why and that just seems sus, like that's the strongest piece of evidence right there and Marinette noticed Gabriel too, she definitely isn't happy with Gabriel, she and Nino feel the same way about Gabriel in regards to Adrien I guess.. This reaction was amazing and I can't wait to see your reaction to the next episodes.. Keep up the great work 🤩🔥

Marinette and Adrien are actually together!!!!!!!, now that Marinette finally confessed to him. we don't see them ask each other to be together, they kind of just become Boyfriend and Girlfriend, as seen in the next episodes. it was my dream come true! 22:35 In France highschools and middleschools are separate. The 9th grade is the last year of middleschool so when you graduate middleschool you need to go in a different school to continue to study. I don't if there is anything similar in America but in France you either go to general and technologic where most teens go, professional where you know what job you want to do and kind of study to get formed for the job and CAP that is like professional where it's similar but only two years instead of three

Hello Ally ! Awesome as usual ! I knew you would love this one 😉! It was so funny to see you trying not to curse 😂. Really, curse all you feel like, it's like screaming when you injure your foot, it part of the relief process. Now I kinda regret pointing this 🤐. I'm confused 😶by what you say at around 6:00 -> "I don't know who would she be in love with ; all the guy suck, man". But for the rest of the reaction you're perfectly okay with her dating a guy. Is this an idiom? André's true first name is written "Anaximandre", and in the French dub the last "e" is silent, it is not "Anaximandré". Much like the "c" of "blanc" in "Cat Blanc" is "silent". The English dub got it wrong by saying it like if it was "Cat Blank". Strange, coz' they got "noir" correctly. "Anaximandre" sounds both Ancient Greece and French end of 18th century when everything antique was fancy. If you think Lila and Chloe are horrible in this one, you have still seen nothing. This is peanuts compared to what they'll do next. And Gabriel too (but Gabriel at least is insane). So watching the episodes. Many commentaries have already given good advice, but I'll try to add some more input 🧐 The movie is an alternate continuity, a retelling of Origins and the end of S5 in a vastly different perspective. It was almost entirely J. Zag's thing. It's a musical, what gives obviously a different vibe. The 3D engine is the same that the one which will be used for S6, so maybe watching the movie can be useful "training" for S6's rendering. I have to warn you however that the movie has some changes in characterization for some characters and that almost all recurrent characters are just background silhouettes. Many people love both the show and the movie, but for many others it's pretty much a love it or hate it gambit. The special Shanghai and the NYC one have to be watched before S5's finale, because characters from these specials show up for the finale, and you'll get confused about who they are and why they are in the finale if you haven't watched the specials before. In fact, one can argue the specials must also be watched before ep 27 _Action_ because some characters from theses specials have a cameo in it. I saw 5-27 before these two specials and got confused about who these foreign characters were 😅. Shanghai is before Marinette becomes The Guardian NYC is not long after she becomes the Guardian, but before Gang of Secrets (Alya doesn't now). As said by others, 27 _Action_ (Bee Miraculous) is a filler. More precisely, it is a "public service" episode made with an association, themed around fighting plastic pollution. Marinette and Adrien are already dating by then. After this, you can watch all the remaining eps of S5 in a row. Actually, I think NOW is the best moment to watch _Action_, before the turmoil of the last part of S5 begins. Or you can watch it as a breather episode to recover from exhaustion between two packs of intense episodes 😂. Then I'd say the best moment to watch it is either before _Revelation_, or before _Collusion_. The Paris special is an interquel set inside _Destruction_, but it was done and released after the end of S5 for a very good, extremely spoileriffic reason. So don't watch it before you've finished S5. Just don't, please. Otherwise it is excellent and still my favourite special, better than the movie IMO. The London special (which is London in name only) is also an interquel, set inside _Re-Creation_, the second part of the finale. More precisely, the two-parter finale begins near the first days of July, and its epilogue takes place in the last days of August, not long before school resumes. The London special is set shortly in the aftermath of the main plot of the finale, before its epilogue. Here are how the grades go in France: Collège = Middle School (beginning when you're near 10/11) Sixième (6e) => 6th gr. Cinquième (5e) => 7th gr. Quatrième (4e) => 8th gr. Troisième (3e) => 9th gr. There is a diploma at the end of collège, the "brevet des collèges". It wasn't mandatory to pass it to go to high school until very recently. Lycée = High School Seconde (2nde) Première (1re) Terminale At the end of Terminale there is the diploma of Baccalauréat or Bac, which is as much a diploma as a rite of passage ("Passe ton bac d'abord !") since most student are 18 by then. There is no prom night in France, neither a ceremony to give the diplomas. "What's raclette?" 🤣 3 things: a Swiss cheese, a dish, and a kind of party. Raclette is the Swiss cheese mostly used (but others are suited for it, French ones for eg) for the meal of the same name. Slices of raclette are put to melt using a dedicated eating machine and eaten with unpeeled cooked potatoes and charcuterie (dried and salted pork like ham, saucisson, rosette, salami, etc.). When he was a model, this is the kind of food Adrien could never eat, and also he always ate alone, which a raclette is not made for. Now that he is no more a model, he can indulge in this kind of food and since his father promised to spend more time with him, they can actually have their "soirée raclette" with Nathalie. Though Gabriel once again spoils it all with his stubborness.

I really love your reactions to this beautiful series, as for your question, the Paris special chronologically speaking, happens after episode 3 of the fifth season, but I recommend you watch it now.Until the end, (after episode 26) the London special is a must see at the end of season 5 because it tells a little of what happens next... @Reactions.Addict Yeah, take time to remember about how unnaturally fast and physically adept (scoring a basket in Adrien's room with the basket behind him and without even bothering) Felix was in his introductory episode, escaping then more or less defeating the Punisher Trio on his on without even having a Miraculous, and how insanely intelligent he is said to be in Multiplication (chess prodigy, youngest to graduate in UK history...). There is _definitely_ something not ordinary about Felix.
