How does it do with with small landscape rocks. The dogs will occasionally knock one or two in the pool and it jams up the G3.

Surprisingly well, the propeller is pretty spaced out compared to the Hayward The Hayward has a cylinder that the rocks will jam easier.

Great video, thanks! I have a Hayward that I have found 3 times in 4 years with a broken wheel, I have not idea how that a=happened. I think it could get stuck in the skimmer window? Did that ever happened to you? Anyway, I am convinced to change to this because your video. Thanks.

I've had my zodiac for over 4 years now The only problem I've had with it was a few of the hoses cracked, other than that I've been really happy with it

I have like that mx6 my problem is the hose tangled all the it just stay in one place .

Try taking one hose out, I only use 5 hoses, see if that helps

Thanks for the cool review. I have the exact same issues that you had with your Hayward. Always in the shop every other month for new gears, feet, bearings, etc. and getting stuck at walls. Pool is never clean with all this dust here in AZ. I was looking at this vac on Amazon & so glad that I found your review. Question: Do you keep your vac in the pool all the time? Thank you.

hey, the specs indicate not for use in pools over 6 feet deep.....i see your pool is under 6ft but any idea if it will work on a deeper pool? maybe you know someone who has one with a deeper pool? my deep end is about 8 feet.

My pool is 7 feet deep with no issues. I think it depends on suction pressure more then depth.

Yes you can, I'm not sure if it'll get the side walls because of the angle at the bottom of the pool but there's a good chance it could track up it

Just got one , but wheels are not moving at all. I’ve got the RPM well over 3000 ( over 50 GPH). There’s suction in every section of the hose. I can spin wheels manually with no trouble. Filter is clean, hoses secure, relatively new pool, and filter. So WTF?? Any ideas? I’m about to return it.

That's crazy, what's the pressure on your filter?? Should be around 12 psi

Check your tank pressure, mine was two low and was doing the same thing, proper pressure and it works like a champ!!!

You can either plug it in where your skimmer basket is or if you have a wall inlet you can connect it to that, mine's connected to the wall

No, my steps are pretty steep It can't get the angle to get up there so I just brush them every once in a while. It does everything else amazing though!! Thanks for watching

Yes it is, The only thing I've done is replaced the hoses after 2 years. The unit though is solid ,still kicking butt and taking names!!

Hoses are junk. They ARE TERRIBLE in Arizona heat. Need a hose upgrade. Unit is fine but the hoses are simply poor quality and lifespan very short.
