did anyone make efforts concerning this problem? it seems that the motor plate must be synchronized to the frequency of the robot, thats why you have to send the whole thing to the technical support. my control unit feel down to the floor, i had it repaired but since then the robot worked only one time and since then i have that problem like in the video.

update...the motor block in the robot is broken and must be changed. some further minor repairs add up to a nice 900 Euro bill. since this robot is sold out and i liked it quite well i will have to pay it, a new one is mostly 1300-1500.

Hi Jannik, I knew your comment was three years ago but your suggestion worked for me today. I had the same problem; I disconnected the power cord thinking it would reset but it didn’t change anything. I didn’t think about disconnecting the ac/dc cable but it worked first time after following your advice. Thankyou
