A very popuoar book was written by Rhonda Byrne called The Secret. She made a movie as well but in the intro the script says.. the great secret of freemasons and knight templars that was a red flag for me as these two groups are devil worshipers. I read the book first and had the same opinion as you but moment I heard freemasons I knew something was off about this manifestation and meditation stuff. You can do further research
