Excellent Interview and Dr. Mtumbuka has maintained speaking like an outsider from the UTM party itself, "I don't know I should say I follow UTM too much" .... being consulted by Chilima at the start of the party and working together and having the political governance of a country are two different things. My take here and my 2 Tambala is that the Doctor here needs more time to mature and develop and the UTM gurus need to orient him on their party.

Respecting the man heavily than the institution contrary to all other parties in Malawi🇲🇼 However, this is risky but transformative. Risky in the sense that the party needs idealized leadership /charismatic not childish failures which the party will easily break.

The interviewer though is poor in my opinion. Should watch more ma interview anzake with politicians. One can only give a best interview based on the interviewer, yhe questions and follow ups/probes... Can you imagine Jomo impressing learned people than himself because of the interviewer?! 🏌️🏌️ Mtumbuka was given a raw deal here as if he is average.
