Interesting to here your involvement and this song. It always brings back memories to me of hearing Hank play this on his Burns guitar at the London Palladium live at the time the film Wonderful life came out with Cliff & the Shadows his playing was great as always and the guitar had a real glassy, sound,amps and guitar sounds have moved on since then but Hank Marvin & The shadows were always the best .

So nice to see you on KZbin again.. Pity you didnt record Foot Tapper with Nia on the backup Guitar. She played te rhytm just as I like it to be played. You use the neck pickup often to get a softer tone than most of the instro-players?

Nice! What do you use for echo? And can you set it to give a longer delay before the first repeat, followed by a shorter delay to the second? That was possible using some tape echo units, and it can also be done by stacking two delay pedals. The effect can certainly be heard on Shadows recordings.
