This has me in tears. I lost my grandmother in February of this year, I had been taking care of her for 10 years. The whole thing was very traumatic, and I still find it hard to breathe. I honestly don't know what to do without her. I inherited her home after she passed (which my family & I have lived in while taking care of her), but it's honestly hard being here. It doesn't feel like home anymore. I have just gone in such a dark hole since she passed away. I miss her every day. I did everything for her, from cooking & cleaning to bathing her. I knew this time would come, but the way it came has me just dead inside, to the point I feel like just not being here myself. My kids keep me going, but it is still so hard. Everyone seems to think I am fine, but that's only because I hide it in front of everyone.. I just feel like no one understands, and I don't want to be a burden. I struggle to sleep and fall apart while everyone else sleeps. This song got me, got me good. 😭😭😭

After Germany once again failed in Eurovision with a irrelevant and outdated song I need to point out, that Zoe Wees is from Hamburg and proves to the world, that Germany does have some talented musicians. Keep going Zoe. We are proud of you, your talent and your strenth.

Look, in 2016 we got Jamie-Lee (The Voice of Germany winner 2015) as our represantative and she finished last, although she was our biggest newcomer at the time. Many people blamed politics for the bad result, just like a year before with Ann-Sophie. Additionally, many people in Germany think that Eurovision is a Trash-Event where music pearls does not fit in, which is wrong in my opinion because countries like Italy (winner of this year) even send the winner of their biggest music festival (San Remo), which has still a good reputation in Italy. But all in all, it is hard to encourage german artists to go to the ESC, which has also to do with our boardcaster NDR who (like the BBC in the UK) do not give anything about it because we're automatically in the final but we don't want to host it next year. The funny thing is, that artists like Zoe Wees use the ESC still as a promotion platform because the TV-Rating is still good in Germany (although it decrease a bit in recent years). And so, she did perform in the pre- und aftershow of the german ESC-boardcasting-programme.

Hunderttausende von Menschen sind in der Lage ihre Trauerarbeit selbst zu bewältigen und tragen es nicht medienwirksam in die Öffentlichkeit. Das Gejammer und Geheule in jedem Song geht mir mittlerweile auf die Nerven, ist ja fast noch schlimmer wie bei Grönemeyer. Und die Show die sie bei Wetten Dass....? abgezogen hat, von wegen I am so international i don´t speak german anymore war einfach nur unreif und lächerlich. Jetzt wird jedes neue Gejammer was rauskommt(gefühlt alle 4 Wochen) überall hoch und runter gedudeld und spätestens in 1-2 Jahren, wenn die Leute satt sind von dem depressiven Mist, der einem dazu zwingt darüber nachzudenken wo das nächste Fenster ist aus dem man sich stürzen kann, kräht kein Hahn mehr nach äh....Zoe Wees
