I've been feeling the same! Literally been bingimg on mostly junk foods, been on my phone for basically the whole day avoiding my deadlines and tasks, I can't even get into uni work, it feels pointless and I don't have any motivation to do anything so I'm many weeks behind on my studies which, terrifyingly makes me not wanna start at all. Anyway, I'm going to pull an all nighter to catch up. Thank you for sharing this. you inspired me to journal and hopefully I can get out of this rut. Glad to see you back 💕

I began walking just 1 mile everyday on the treadmill, and it worked wonders for me. Now I walk that one mile at 3.7mph and then another mile at about 2.8mph. I do this at night because I get really sleepy after any workout. Just the tiny changes make a world of a difference. I hope we can all find our happiness in these isolated times ❤️

i’m a huge plant mom too! your monstera leaves are a little curled because those leaves are just opening and the little scratches are really common when they’re shipped/transported. don’t worry too much about the marks though because they won’t be as noticeable as the leaves get darker !🤍

Honestly me too. This video is perfect right now, I've been trying to be productive and perfect but sometimes you just gotta take it one step at a time. I think we all look at social media and want to be like the productive people on KZbin or Instagram, and compare ourselves so much that we lose sight of our own journey and try to live through other people. It's okay to not be okay and take your time, but you also have to know when to get up and give it another go. Keep going guys! I'll work hard too 💖

Cleaning/organizing is also very therapeutic for me; having a visual indicator of progress (i.e. cleanliness) is always so comforting :) I've been spending a lot of time during quarantine learning to separate myself from my circumstances, and talking it out with someone you trust is always helpful. This video is so validating, and I hope you continue to look up

Zoe thank u for being honest with us and sharing a side of you that is not easy to share rn with everything all jumbled up together and messed up! i have been falling on and off this slump since the start of the second wave in my country and its just so disturbing to have other responsibilities that make me get out of bed every morning when all i want to do is weep lol i think i tried distracting myself in unhealthy ways like working from 8:00-19:00 even if it was only an internship job, till i eventually collapsed and spent a few nights at the hosp!! so thank you for encouraging us to do small things that wouldn't harm us as badly, i should really start reading more books and noting down everything i would want to get back to to anyone else that's struggling at these times, please know you're not alone, and i hope we all find ourselves soon!!!!

I would just like to thank Zoe for posting this video, i know how hard it can be to admit these things let alone for the whole world to see you vulnerable. I had previously also used to under eat and then get really hungry and binge eat. And the next day you would feeling terrible and not want to eat again. But i started eating healthier day by day and slowly eating low junk food, but i made sure there were no “good” and “bad” foods, there were just treat that you could have sometimes. I also understand how hard it can be to be productive all the time and when I previously watched your videos i had though how could someone be so prefect and i soon realised that was only one part and i soon realised that it was ok not to be ok and that not everyday has to be productive. So thank you for not making me feeling alone and for showing the struggles you have gone through. love you, you are such an aesthetic queen :) Ps. I missed you so much x
@crisphine4 жыл бұрын
I’m exactly doing the same thing! I’m too stressed and I push myself too hard so I just try to find comfort in food, then I feel bad, I don’t eat enough the next day and end binging again and feeling even worse. Trying to slowly recover! 💖

Thank you.. this helps a lot . I’ve been feeling the same lately. I’ve stopped working out, I will stop eating enough for a couple days and then over eat for the next, and getting out of bed and staying on top of tasks is getting harder. I’m a Sophomore in Highschool right now and I’m doing the remote learning. I’m definitely an introvert, and in the past couple years, I’ve battled anxiety (mainly social anxiety) and depression, so I thought I wouldn’t mind too much being by myself for awhile. On the contrary, I’ve found it’s extremely damaging to my mental health, and I just start crying randomly and I just miss my friends and being able to do things. This helps so much ✨💕 I love your content

Just know that you taking the time to take care of yourself physically, but most importantly MENTALLY, is worth admiring and for you to feel proud of.
