this "waking up at 5 am to be productive" influencer mindest is so toxic. EVERYONE has a different cycle and you can be as productive waking up at 9 am, because guess what, you're also going to bed later. if you wake up at 5 every day you will go to bed at 9 or 10pm and this just doesn't work for everyone, period. i used to really enjoy your content but you're still trapped in this influencer bubble and i wish you would be more like yourself, if you know who that is
