Wow, it looks like an amazing day! 😍 I'm so sad because I looked forward to this, my first ever Go Fest, so incredibly much, and in the end I was too broke to buy a ticket... 😭 However I'm glad that there still are some spawns for those without a ticket. During the grass hour, for example, I could see the confetti and catch the boosted pokémon too. I hope I'll get a shiny before the event ends. ❤️ Good luck on your second day! ✨

@@hansmharoldsen practically no spawns if you're at home and not using incense (good luck to rural players and people trapped inside!), rare Pokémon on promo material are still limited even in incense spawns, so much lagging and had to log in and out at critical points because of lag and glitching that went on for up to two hours, extremely low shiny rates for a Go Fest which costs $20+ (AUD) (not inclusive of other costs associated with the event).

The weather was great in South Australia & I got to spend it with friends. I got 3 shinies the whole day: Heatmor, Unown O & Clefairy & did like for like with the shiny heatmor for a lucky trade. Hoping for more tomorrow though really want chinchou, poliwag, tangela & machop.

I only got one but I still don't understand people complaining (not saying u are) cause personal I think that a victin shadow Mewtwo and all three shadow birds plus a bunch of snorlax Chansey togetics and a shiny is really worth 15 dollars

@@rockywins864 there are a number of reason. Firstly in Australia its actually $24. 2nd not everyone is interested in the non-shiny spawns. Everyone plays differently & is after different things so something like a shiny regional in seviper is gonna be at the top of everyone's list compared to a snorlax that can't be shiny

My first go fest just completed the 1st day. Ended with 30 shiny. Got both unown, durant, 3 gible, sudowoodo, 2 dratini, 2 ponyta, cant remember the rest off the top of my head. Very happy with the results. Grinded all 8 hours. The first 2 hours we lagging and the game kept crashing. Mo gifts or invites were possible. Hour 3 started everything off right for me. All in all a blast.

I played for about seven hours incense going most of the time around some lured up stops and only got one shiny all day. You're not alone with the bad shiny luck. I wish I just spent the $15 on raid passes.

This was my first Go Fest. Think went quite well as just used incense in the house. I caught 10 shiny ones. Shiny Gible, Unowned, Marowak, Dratini, Meditate, Croagunk, Houndour, Exeggutor, Exeggcute and Clamperl. There were glitches at times though freezing. Had to log off & on quite a lot etc. I caught 1 hundo as well. Shame I didn’t get the quillfish shiny. Will watch you later to see what is going to happen for day 2 as I’m in England. Congrats on all your shinies, esp the Heatmor. Me and my hubby missed your livestream due to getting NBN finally connected. So we went out not knowing what could be shiny. Glad we're getting another day. Hardly any Gible appeared out West. I was very happy with my haul, 2 shiny Clefairy, an Alolan Exegutors, Mudkip, Clamperl, Bulbasaur, Chansey, Zangoose, my first Medite and a shiny Growlithe. I got a shiny Unown G and another Alolan Exeggutor on Day 2. I'm jealous of my hubby who got a shiny Jigglypuff. Loved Day 2, love Team Go Rocket. Bummed abt the normal shiny rate but its cool. Might be conformation bias but I feel all the the shinys I got (6) were all around the end of the hour like last 5 min of the hour
