Ahhhh I have to say hard no! I learned young the 'juicing' trend was not so good. You miss a lot of vital parts of the fruit and veg mainly the fiber! My 19 yr old daughter bought that stuff and was so excited. She put it on display in the kitchen in a pretty jar with the stir thingy. She had it ONCE. It then sat on our counter, untouched, for 2 weeks. I had enough, tossed it in the pantry, and it's been there collecting dust since then. I actually think that bloom taste is made horrible for a reason. When we hear that something is „good for us” and tastes awful it reminds us of medicine we used to take or all these times as a child when we were fed vegetables. It creates a chain reaction in our brain that works like „I will drink it, even if it’s awful but it will make me healthier because I sacrificed my comfort”. Because it has to be bad to be good for you. Just a thought.

I got interested in AG1 and I got knocked out by the price. So I started looking into cheaper alternatives and I had precisely the same thoughts. If the powder is made up from powdered broccoli, beets and kale, how much of the "good stuff" can I consume in just one scoop? Why not eat the whole vegetable instead? I'm sure it feels very fitnessy to drink up green?water every morning, but the whole thing with green powders seems a lil gimmicky to me.
