I purchased two for my daughter n her bff, I prepare both lunches, this is the best!!!!! Actually the food was still warm, when she came home around 4:00, I prepare lunches at 6 am, so it's longer than 6 hrs. Great purchase!!!

I got one of these and its the best thing ever. I'm an essential worker and now with COVID-19 I don't have to use the microwaves at work anymore to heat up my food. My dinner/lunch is all packed neatly and nice and warm, its perfect. A little trick " do warm up empty bowls with hot faucet water for a minute or two before adding food". Helps retain heat for hours. I even picked up their 12 .oz thermos for my coffee for i don't have to bother with the coffee machine either.

If I only need one type of food, can I put the whole thing in the main outer container, without using the inner bowls?

Good product but my problem is it doesnt fit most regular sized lunch bags. You need to use the bag it came with

Can keep hot food like kfc wings in sidedish container and also use microwave for reheat a sidedish container?

Since the side dish container is on the very top and not in the vacuum insulated jar, it will tend to lose temperature. So, we would recommend filling it foods that you are ok with either reheating or dishes that can be consumed at room temperature. The bowls are microwave safe (not the lids). Is there a difference between the Ms. Bento and Mr. Bento lunch jar?

Mainly the capacity. Mr. Bento has a total of 41 oz. capacity and 4 inner bowls, and Ms. Bento (SL-NCE09) is 28 oz. and 3 bowls. They work the same way though!

Is the container hot when you take it out from the jar?

Do u have lunch jar with stainless 304 bowl?

We use 18/8 stainless steel for the main container of our lunch jars. 18/8 stainless steel is food grade and is similar to 304. The bowls in our lunch jars are made with PP plastic that is BPA-free. Hope this helps!

Yes! We recommend just handwashing them with warm water, but cold water is ok too. Using a dishwasher or any abrasive chemical would be what we recommend staying away from.
