Her name is Thembisile Twala. She now sings for Gauteng Choristers, conducted by Sidwell Mhlongo. She is a music teacher at Empangeni High School, a multi racial school in KZN. She still sings opera and very good at it, her voice is still marvelous and superb.

... I remember listening to this track back in primary school, 2005, as a grade 7 pupil - life was not so good ey ... I would listen to it on my mom's alarm clock that had a radio - just before 7:30 when it was time to walk to an under-resourced state-school with no penny on my pocket and it would just play on radio like I booked it. Its been 10 years now, I'm a grown boy trying as hard as I can that I don't go back to those days, Thank you Zola 7 - you really inspired me, hope I do the same to others, sooner than later :)
