Amagwinya are made all over africa zola,, im in DRC and they make them, in zim they eat them as well

For the flour measurements, do you “pack” it into a measuring cup or do you use the “fluffing” method with a spoon? Great content, btw! 🤩

No need to pack the flour when measuring… I always just aerate the flour a little by tossing it with the cup before scooping to measure 😊 Happy vetkoek making
