Bruh they had perfect opportunity to make this gear give all +4mp... His best build is Y/R/R because the sub doesn't activate Titan

​@@MherexGamingI got him at 6ss maxed but I'm not using him in feuds because he is turn 2 AT BEST, was hoping for a better buff on a gear. But when he hits he can do up to 70mil so not bad at all, but always needs those damn props in feud meh
