Dialog 3 : Riot In Progress, All Officers are available for incoming 217's, [ Assault with Intent murder] Rolling calls and dispatches to all locations. Requirements : Dialog 1 : needs 1 Police cruiser passing by you, in siren mode. dialog 2 needs : 4 Police Cruisers, 1 SWAT Van Passing by you, in siren mode. Dialog 3 needs : 1, Police helicopter, 4 police cruisers, and 2 Swat Van. [ No need to do this if you don't want to, not forcing u to do this anyways..]
