All hope isnt lost for the armor stands, Xisuma put out a video on him using structure blocks to copy/paste the entities from the 1.13 backup into the server. However there are a lot of entities on the server that he would have to replace which would take a long time

I think her irritation stems from the fact that Xisuma did extensive testing before updating the server and somehow overlooked everything Cleo had worked on. I might be a tad upset as well.

Xisuma is being a a nice dude and sort out the armor stands... with that in mind I feel like Doc is probably the most un-lucky person this season, its like twice he has lost his 'Bush'...

you can crouch under the entrance with the half slab. crouching makes you only 1.5 blocks high

And to add to this, you can push yourself (using pistons or trapdoor) to 1 block height and crawl.. (or swim.. )

Blast Furnaces require Smooth Stone specifically. Cook the stone you had along the bottom of your Blast Furnace crafting attempt and it'll become Smooth Stone. Mojang has Smooth Stone as a whole other tier of smelted stone now (from Cobble > Stone > Smooth Stone). My daughter and I enjoyed the vid. Your glee is infectious. :)

Cleo, string DO NOT stop mobs from spawning! You need carpet, or redstone dust, etc.

Fun new mechanic. If you crouch, you become 1.5 blocks tall and can walk under those slabs at that door. Also, if you stand in front of a trap door and close it, you can become a fidget spinner. Just so you know, Looms, Barrels Fireplaces and Stone cutters don't just look great. They are great. I recommend making them for yourself today. Tip, to get smooth stone, cook cobblestone into stone the stone into smooth stone. All of the new workstations and the barrels are used by the villagers. Each villager needs a bed and a workstation. The workstation determines what their occupation is.

The smoke particles increase when you put a hay bale under the campfire! Gives you a way to give variation in the burning buildings of Tortuga!

Xisuma can restore all of your ship's entities by restoring them from the backup, but you'll lose anything you've done on the ship since then.

Oh Cleo, it was so nice watching you as excited about these new blocks as I was, and pretty much excited about all the same blocks for the same reasons. I am sad to see all your valiant crew die to the terrible kraken that Mojang has released, but hopefully they are quickly working on a fix to put it back in its place. For the grindstone, don't you think that would make a nice little ship wheel? I mean not perfect but it seems like the closest thing mine craft can offer. Also keep in mind there is now a bell which would go perfect in your little spanish church, but it cannot be crafted, you have to find them.

I think this is my fave episode of yours to date. your enthusiasm is like a kid in a candy store being told they could have anything they want. lol. a note for bamboo, it works just like sugar cane. if you leave the bottom one itll just grow over and over without havin to replant ^.^ also there is a lectern that you missed. :) you can place books that everyone can read. make a pretty good table or support beam ^.^

If you leave the lowest stalk of bamboo, the rest will grow back, like with sugar cane or kelp. No need to replant.

Bamboo grows so fast, you will soon forget the bonemeal. Traveling traders spawn so often and stick around forever, they get annoying and in the way all the time.

All you guys have to do to get your entities back is use a backup from 1.13 before the 1.14 update and then update that to the less buggy 1.14.2.

chunk borders kill entities press f9 to see the borders. you and false are tied for second cutest with stress being the cutest on the server. theres also a grindstone a blast furnace and a composter

Xisuma knows how to fix it, but it will take a lot of work per area... My server luckily survived the update without loosing my armorstand creations. Thanks for inspiring me to use them. I hope things will be sorted out soon for hermitcraft so you can safely make some more.
