One thing I wish had been mentioned in this: You say in the beggining that the Taiwanese army "managed" to build fortifications, but Taiwan already has some of the most extreme coastal fortifications in the world, for obvious reasons.

I suppose the fortifications you talk about are designed to defend itself from a navy, or a coastal invasion. Some were probably easily overrun by a hord's surprise attack coming from the mainland.

你用飛彈把城市變成廢墟只會讓軍隊更難掌握，殭屍被埋在廢墟裡面還可以活著等待時機感染清理廢墟的人。 還有，你飛彈要怎麼制導？現在的飛彈都是反載具的，用GPS的只能對座標進行打擊，這樣你觀測者只能留在附近。 應該是讓民眾用車子作為阻礙，做成一道車牆來隔開各個街區，阻止殭屍推進速度比較好。

用鐵絲網，士兵在安全距離下，組成方陣開火會是比較好的反屍潮戰術。因為殭屍沒有火炮，密集士兵能夠更好的保持士氣，同時減少落單的風險。再來就是後勤補給彈藥充足，那麼這個方陣很難被殭屍感染。
