I even made list of differences between SCP-008 and the fungi Spread: SCP-008 spreads onlythrough exposed mucous membranes and all bodily fluids, while fungi can spread through mucous membranes and produced eggs Types: SCP-008 has only 1 type of infected, while fungi has 5 of those (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 and egg) Resistance: SCP-008 is fully vulnerable to any damage, while fungi has tough skin, depending on the level and can survive without oxygen (considering it can go through depth of rivers) Impact on host: SCP-008 fully kills it's host and resurects it's dead body as undead (that's why he is an anomaly, not just regular disease), fungi kills only the conciousness, keeping the body alive, controls it and mutates to have organs the host didn't have (like amongus tongue)

However, I also have a few suggestions for you, In the North of my country there are 3 different military zones (in Vietnam we have 7 military zones from North to South). And they have an army ranging from 27-50 thousand troops per military region. One of the details that I can tell is about the scene where a Vietnamese Countryball uses a sword like a Katana to kill a Zombie, that scene I don't think is reasonable because the Vietnamese army simply did not use swords, they may still be used but only in ceremonial teams. Next is the fact that our army here does not use grenade launchers and AGL (Automatic grenade launcher), our army has a large amount of grenade launchers and AGL obtained after Vietnam War, as well as production by wire transmitted from another country. They are one of the extremely important weapons in human sea war, if you say this is war with Zombies and AGL deals damage from shards then look at the Countryballs, they have a short and small body. which causes high-speed shards to be easily pinned to fatal parts such as the brains of multiple Zombies in a row and not to mention that it can fire 29 bullets in a row. It will be a nightmare that makes the Zombies remember the year 1979 at the Vietnam-China border.

Every Vietnamese is a soldier, I'm not kidding because we Vietnamese people have a great spirit of solidarity in preserving our country. They can be very friendly people, but when invaded, they will turn into super-skillful soldiers and are ready to kill the enemy to protect their country with everything. Of course our country isn't Japan in ww2, they don't force civilians to fight the enemy directly by sending them to the battlefield with only sketchy training and a few old guns. Our people often help the army by giving them shelter, providing food and water, etc. only when it is very dangerous do the Vietnamese people go to death with the enemy and that is completely voluntary. There's no compulsion, it's patriotism. That is the reason that we in Vietnam were able to preserve our culture for more than 1000 years of Northern domination. Resist many invasions of Chinese states, drove the Mongol Empire 3 times, kicked the French ass out of Indochina and shocked the world at the battle of Dien Bien Phu and then made the most powerful nation the world, the US had to lose bitterly and withdraw back home.

This is a masterpiece! But two things I noticed one is that the skeletons in China have one bone but in Italy they have a full skeleton but I still like that you showed countryballs like Israel and Kazakhstan in the shapes they are supposed to be.
