You still have to choose the ones you think will work best together and also turn them into a song that sounds good and listenable, above all else. Not every element of a composition can be taken from a sample pack, he still had to program some things himself. But of course, you wouldn't get that. +Desockme Assuming you're one of those people who listens to music as a "I'm bored and don't like quiet" sorta thing instead of being moved by music, I'll explain it to you. Music has an effect on people. Music brings back memories. If you listened to a song with your dad a lot growing up and your dad died, when that song came back on, it'd remind you of your dad. That's like one of the most basic human psychological functions is association. Not sure what you're trying to get across here, they obvious have memories of a time 3 years ago when everything was easier, and less trivial as life gets the further you progress through it. Move on boring person.
