I think what you see as dirt on the horse is just that the long-haired horse is sweating!

@@klauskarbaumer6302 yes it is. But this is the sweat from the previous day, the dried one. Which means that the horse was not groomed the day before.

Vlooms dialect ni te veel meer gehoord den dag van vandaag, ik woon al 45 jaar in England nu ma mijn vlooms van Machelen Brabant ken ik nog goe en wij haden ook e pjied vroeger zenne
