These prog rock guys from the 80s 90s were cut from a different cloth. Just amazing!

Mark's drumming is so stylish and sophisticated. When I discovered FW in the 90's, I initially thought it was a drummer's project. I love the band with him and after, but to me his technique and musical taste are unmatched.

Awesome. This was the first song of the first concert I ever went to. Fates 1994 in SF. Still remember getting blown away once the song hit. Joe Dibiase on the bass and the drums were so powerful live.

I always thought those chorus parts were double-kick! I wish the camera angle were a little more from the side to catch your technique a little more clearly, but either way: how cool!! I love the arrangement of your drum parts. Always so specific and musical!

This is why I sit in my room and practice and just wonder how he creates these masterpieces. Awesome Mark you make it look so easy. As for FW, Someone else commented on here about how they can never get bored listening to their songs, 100% agree. The amount of miles I’ve jogged with FW blaring in my ear phones. A lot of good runs through the country, beach, woods and neighborhoods over the years with help from FW....👍

Mark. Sounding good man!! Kind of stumbled upon your videos on here. How are you? Long time no see. It’s Todd Alexander. Bill’s Place was such a great spot. Especially that upstairs large room. Many jams up there. Great memories. Whenever I drive by that area even though it’s not there anymore I still feel the spirit. You were always so cool and I appreciated you letting me just come and play drums sometimes by myself for free!! Glad to see you’re still playing. Later

@@markzonder3771 wow. I saw Greg Analla with Seventh Sign a couple times and was blown away by his vocals. Always thought he sounded similar to Alder but that’s crazy. Got some great pics of him belting it out at the Samurai in OKC. What a loss. RIP.
