I never understand why people see the so-called contradictions as a problem. They were writen by 4 different people. Would be more worrying if they were identical. The discrepancies are useful I guess though for people who want to reject Jesus. I do hugely appreciate Mike's study of the topic

How is this different from Mik's previous book Why Are There Differences in the Gospels? (2016)?

The new book is a more popular-level read. It goes into more depth in explaining matters, such as the Synoptic Problem and why scholars think Mark was probably the first Gospel in our New Testaments that was written. Moreover, since I've been asked a bunch how my approach squares with the divine inspiration and inerrancy of Scripture, I provide two chapters that address these matters.
