MAPPED - WILDE TIGER (Toby's Triumph Tiger 955i)

Welcome back to MAPPED! Today is a VERY special day...my good friend Toby is picking up his first motorcycle after passing his test last Wednesday. He has purchased a stunning 2005 Triumph Tiger 955i from Stratstone Triumph Wolverhampton. It was a great day and I hope you enjoy the video! Nice video guys! I purchased an '01 Tiger recently. Love it. A great compliment to my 1800 Honda Goldwing which of course is a pure road bike. I'm really enjoying taking the Tiger on unpaved roads here in Colorado where the Goldwing cannot possibly travel. A whole new world of adventure on a fine machine. Good choice, and thanks for the video!

I put TKC80s on mine and it rocks on mild off road, gravel, dirt, tracks. I put a Tiger 800 spoked wheel upfront. Stiffened the suspension. Aftermarket can and a remap from tuneecu. Put on HEED crashbars. It looks tough! Yws, if I could afford a new bike I'd probably get one, but as it is this one is just fine!

Sorted bike...just need to sort the garden now. lol Seroiusly. I've an 05 Tiger same spec but I have the spot lights, heated grips and engine bars. Great bikes.

I pick up my 2006 tiger in 3 weeks. Never ridden one or even seen one in the flesh but it just captured my attention while looking for a bike to get back on the road after a long break. Last bike, FZR 600- g reg('89)

Hi, Toby was using my camera, the HedCamz HD (720) Action Camera. Its a fantastic little camera which I have been using for the last couple of years. Very compact, reliable and affordable!

I just found 2004 with 40,000 miles on it. It looks great. Is that to many miles. All the reviews I read says it’s very dependable. I’m not a Wealthy person. And need it to last.

Hey Capt. The Tiger is an awesome machine and can be applied to almost anything; however if you are looking for a 'off road' machine then maybe something like the KTM 990 Adventure would be more suitable - the Tiger would be ideal for all day touring! It really depends on what your adventure will be!

I got a 2004 955i,same colour, great bike,very underrated and can be had for a song compared to the other newer tourers,only probs I find are the headlights are rubbish and also the dash lights apart from that all day comfy and can be used for a Sunday blast as well as motorway miles
