It’s bigger issues out here ! Let’s not make hers more important , it’s not enough evidence for that. I just think she caught on to reality at a really late age unfortunately after being under her parents roof and rules and seen how the real works fr. I don’t understand how one can not know the reality that everybody live in .. imagine not knowing or ever wanted to .

Tiny is a typical gen-X woman who mostly abandoned their kids the worst more than any generation. Tony is the type to dismiss Zonnique pain, suffering and trauma. Like she left Z in the seat but be like a fake friend to her or treat her like a homegirl type of relationship but it’s fake. Tiny looks apathetic (lack of care) towards Z so they keep it superficial but nothing beyond that. That’s not a good mother, that’s woman who had a kid but never was a parent. Materials, hair dos, clothes and money don’t equal good parenting. Those type of mothers are dangerous but they’ll will get married have kids then move on to that man and be all about their men even if it hurt their kids. She definitely don’t like her mother, I’m sure she loves her from afar. I could tell, I’m Z age and have experienced this. I know that pain is there and I knew on their show back in 2012 Z was distant from tiny and sometime tiny would talk passive aggressive towards her like she was an afterthought, she married and divested from her daughter mentally/emotionally. They both tolerated each other but there’s no real bond or connection between them. Tiny is a old school pick me woman. This is why Z was so empty looking, detached, looks lost, and looks soulless.

Her the other daughter by Tip whom has depression was cutting herself and as it seem something SA may have happened to her when younger by someone. She too like Nique seen to hold things in but it is now having a effect on her ,so both like the others keep holding things in ,protecting everyone involved not getting this is hurting them more.Again we watched a edited Tv show about the family for years but what happened when the cameras stopped.Them being raised by others,Tip play sister and Tinys mother whom had know control over King.I now after this interview see even him differently, his acting out, maybe at first it was all about wanting his parents to be their for him ,now it is about impressing others, and those others are dangerous fir him to be around.Major seemed to have a mother figure in his play sister ,so he was the one I worried about most when she passed. The others only in camera raided by Tip but off they were raised by their mothers at least had them when the three others did not even have Tiny, their mother .Now they have despite not being there have a younger daughter,so is she experiencing the same things her older siblings went through.Tiny is a pickme ,always will be and her world involves doing all she can to keep Tip,maybe even now bring in money since he really has never had a successful career,no where near her, which is why he keeps her,

I totally understand Zonnique’s POV with her mom. My mom wasn’t the best mom; however, I still loved her AND later in life she got better. You don’t really want to speak on the negative because you don’t want to go back to a place you’ve already overcome. With that being said, I also understand if Zonnique doesn’t deal with the hurt of her inner child it’s going to affect her later in life. Trust me… You can only be numb for so long. Share your story. I get the sense that Zonnique doesn’t necessarily “like” her mother, it’s obvious that she has a love for her mom but I can tell that a lot of the things she witnessed regarding her mother has turned her off and/or created an emotional wall, she almost resents her mother for some of the discussions that were made that had an impact on her life and I can understand that, those feelings are a lot more common than Zonnique may think, everyone reaches a point in their lives where you start seeing your parents as humans or “regular people” and subconsciously we start judging them as such, you start thinking about the things your parents did that you didn’t like or would never do for yourself or with your own children, I feel like it’s apart of growth and may be where Zonnique is in life. Said all that to say this was a very enjoyable interview.

AWESOME interview! Zonnique, you are AMAZING, and Hunter is going to bring a lot of healing to you. At some point, you're going to have to have a Woman 2 Woman with your Mom, and she's probably waiting on you to come to her at your time. Now that you're a Mom, it's better sooner than later. It's going to be a big exhale and a greater experience with Hunter. I'm 50, and I had that conversation at 40 with my Mom, and it allowed me to be mentally better with my 17 year old daughter. We were able to go to therapy, and it made our relationship better. Ten years later, my daughter is more vocal, and we're in a great space. Thank you for this episode. ❤️❤️❤️ Update: My Mom and I have always had an AMAZING relationship, and the conversation started new beginnings for us.

The concern is who knows what she was mentally prepared to share. You seem super genuine with the best of intentions so I am humbly making an unsolicited suggestion. She says she’s numb & she mostly nonchalant. But truth be told I think that’s just an defense mechanism we tell ourselves in order to keep it together most times. You can literally see strength, compassion, understanding, & love in her eyes & in the way that she speaks but simultaneously you can see & hear the sadness, the burden of bottling everything up, it must be exhausting most times. Not just with her mom but overall when she speaks of everyone or everything. It’s crazy because most people are not like this at alllll! She reserved and her wisdom & ability to accept & understand things is crazy! To have the understanding & compassion for others simply because you understand & not fault them for it because you UNDERSTAND is something majority of the world LACKS! Life will not always be what we expect, what we want neither will people! So to truly understand that better helps you understand people. On a deeper level, the amount of empathy she shows towards people & situations is crazy as well! She might think she’s numb but she’s not she’s just bottling it up & refusing to speak on her feelings and emotions. Because it’s easier to let it go. Because sometimes going that deep takes a lot of energy out of you so to keep your peace & energy aligned you wave things off! & because she understands people although she doesn’t really like people it’s probably because she sees people for who they truly are not who they portray to be or who they cover up to be so she doesn’t have the energy to deal with people. Isolation & being alone can be addictive because it’s so much peace & safety in it & you get to control the things around you! Having others connected to you or being around a lot of people can throw you off balance. But we all need somebody & need a village as well. But the Baltimore thing. It’s really an urban community thing. I get exactly what she was saying. But she’s probably spent a lot of time in Baltimore I’m sure she hasn’t spent a lot of time in other urban communities or cities to know that but idk why someone would dragggg or hate her for it! We all know what she was saying & know why she didn’t know how to articulate it properly! Overall great interview. She’s a gem 💎 & I don’t think every celebrity has to be transparent or open about everything with the world as much as people want them to be! I’m glad she did doe❤️

Two things can be true at one time. That’s so difficult to work through without therapy sometimes. You can love someone and appreciate them… but still hold them accountable. Love Zonnique she’s so chill.

I really appreciate this interview reason being is that I can relate to Z when it comes to motherhood and coparenting! I love how she said Motherhood is a balance between love and what's best for my child ❤ and I felt that! This interview was so authentic and transparent. I really enjoy conversations like this. We need more of this to help those who may be going through these things to know we are not alone! I tell my daughter every time even though me and your dad not together we both love you and that's what matters most!

This was a good interview even with parts being bleeped out. It’s funny how today Tiny posted on her IG that she was spending “time” with her girls. I guess she watched this interview. That’s why I never judge none of these celebrity kids because we don’t know what’s happening behind closed doors. I remember Nae saying Zonnique doesn’t care about a lot of things. She does but she likes to bottle everything up.

So many parents sacrifice for their children thinking they’re doing the best for their child. I worked a lot so my son could have a better life but I missed years I wish I could get back; it really make me emotional hearing Zonnique because Tiny was trying to make a better life her…but I’m happy to hear Zonnique being understanding towards her mom

Tiny spent spent a good portion of her childhood supporting Ti's career and traveling with him. Tiny actually put her career on the backburner for TI for many years.

I think most kids that come from a blended family situation feel a type of way when the parents focuses/spends more time with the spouse than them or spends a lot of time away from home due to work. I can only imagine it being amplified by the fact that before Ti…Tiny was constantly traveling with Xscape then Ti & Tiny were constantly traveling and her dad was in jail. Tiny probably thought it was ok since she left them with her parents and would allow them to be on the road with them sometimes. Obviously later Tiny realized after Ti went to jail that she needed to spend more time with the kids because she started traveling with him less and focused on the kids more including forming the OMG girls . I think Zonnique with her Bmore comment is going off of people she know or know of him, her child’s father Izzy, Mario, Jada Pickett- Smith, Tammy Rivera, etc

Those kids despite Tip having kids by other women are close it seems.I just saw a picture of them all together at like a party for one of them are someone else close to them, all were present even baby girl. The only ones not in the picture was Tiny and Tip as she is back working. It seem like Nique use to think of Tip as her dad ,call him that so what changed. It maybe her getting older and know longer being made to play this perfect family role as they all had too on TV.

I think it’s sad how afraid we are of opening up because of the judgement and opinions of outside people. I’m glad she was able to open up, although I don’t think it should’ve been by force. However own your truth Zonnique, so far in this interview you haven’t said anything bad!

now i understand why she has been so private b/c i am the same way. i appreciate you being vulnerable here and on your youtube channel. its like you give us just enough but those who know know that you could show us way more but we respect that everything is not for social media. this new phase you've stepped into is amazing b/c i've been a fan since omg but felt like i really didnt know too much about you but this is refreshing to get a glimpse into your personality.
