Hi. I purchased the 15 teeth front sprocket at my Zontes dealership. From what I know, you can buy it on AliExpress for 10-15€, make sure it has a rubber on both sides to prevent noises. About the GPS App, I’m planing something for it as there are many people that misread the instructions for setting up the app and are leaving dislikes in my videos. Regards mate

@@jamies8995 hello once again. Just to give you an update Went to the zontes dealer here in Ecuador end they told me that they only carry 14th sprocket. Currently viewing on Amazon see if they have one. I need to verify the dim 2. So my plans are to travel north with my bike as soon as all the borders are open. And it would be nice to have the zontes gps working on my bike. I don't like my phone expose to the open environment. What I did so far is to down load your app on my redmi note 9 and it has android version. 10qp1a.190711.020. however when I tried to pair between my phone and the bike it does nothing. For me the instructions 1&2 are confusing on zontes app. Thanks for your reply and ride safe 😁

Mate every 310cc engine from Zontes can handle 15 teeth front sprocket. About the Zontes app, I’m trying to record a video because many people seem to struggle to make it pair with the bike. But my time at the moment is short for filming.. try to go into settings > notification permissions > disable and enable the zontesGmaps permission then try again. Make sure you don’t have the Zontes official app installed as both apps stop working if installed on the same device. Regards and have a safe trip

Hello Jamie's thank you for the video! I followed the instructions but i seem to get the error "Error connecting, check if you are connected to the motorcycle and you do not have the ZontesSmart application running, try again." Any ideas for a workaround on this matter? I tried to manually allow permissions for the app but it doesn't seem to help. I am using android 11. Should i roll back to android 10? Best regards!

Uninstall ZontesSmartApp, reboot phone and try again. “0m” only appears to confirm connection with google maps and phone. If not working yet, go to phone settings > notification permission > remove and enable ZontesGMaps. Open app and try again

Initially it will display 0M. If you select a google maps destination and press the “navigate” button, after a few seconds you start riding the gps instructions will show correctly. You just need to ride a few meters so google can update notification service. If it’s still not working do Exactly this: Uninstall Zontes official App, restart phone, connect phone Bluetooth with motorcycle, open ZontesGMaps, click the button. Check for test sequence on motorcycle display. Then go to google maps and set destination. Directions should now work Tell me if it worked. If you have a android 7 device you’ll need to manually enable and disable ZontesGMaps notifications permissions each time you use the app.

As I told you on Facebook, you need to set all permissions for the app to work properly. Read the manual to troubleshoot your problem. Don’t spam
