Still playing to this day! Although I swear this version of the soundtrack was only used in specific regions or something, I remember this from my childhood, but my current copy of the game doesn't have this track, it uses the base-game version.

I had this game. Watching my dad make exhibits for me so that I could do them myself, managing zoos, unleashing animals and dinosaurs killing off everyone and themselves...memories.

Zookeeper 33 Cant reach the large poop -me franticly trying to find a large poop to make the zookeeper shut up- 40 mins later finds the large poop, places zookeeper infront of it, does nothing, still says cant reach, PLACES IN THE POOP! STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!! animal dies from being sick. WHY ZOOKEEPER 33!?

yay! i bought and loved this game for many years, then abandoned it for zoo tycoon 2. after a few years, i exhausted zoo tycoon 2. i realized i wanted the original back, and i looked for it, but i seem to have lost the disc. i just bought it again, and i'm so excited to have it back!!! this theme song made me want to play it SOO bad..^^

I got a copy of the Complete Collection a few Christmases ago (I think 2018/19) and it works fine on my computer now. So I think you can probably order one online and it should be compatible with a modern computer.

ZT: Complete collection came out on disk in 2003, and I remember buying it at my local target. This is the only version I’ve ever played, and what I grew up with and it played this exact menu screen.

@@HavocPigeons That site seems to only have ZT2 music unfortunately. I tried looking both there and the old ZT1 website but I couldn't find it. It was apparently on the old GameBeats website but it isn't archived sadly. I was hoping you had the original file on your computer still in case it's truly lost online, and I wasn't sure how much youtube lowered the quality of stuff back in 2009, but oh well. Thanks for the help, and for having uploaded this in the first place.
