I am excited to get this game but After the game has been released, I want to see lots of FREE DLC such as animals from different parts of the world (Zebras and unrecognisable animals), More biomes and walk through enclosures and houses so you can customise the indoor enclosures. I only say this because the 2013 version only had 4 DLC Animals and this is a completely new game

The game will have all the original animals/ species from the 2013 version and 91 new species on top of that The new Animals that have been confirmed SO FAR are: Kangaroos, Koala, Mountain Lion, Jaguar, Platypus, Giant Anteater, Alpaca, Malayan Tapir, Crocodile and Agouti I hope we get Camels (Bactrian and Dormedary) and I hope they add DLC including animals from Asia (Pandas, Takin, Snow Leopards), The Artic (Reindeer, Artic Fox, Owls, Penguins), North America (Bison, Wolf, Wolverines, Moose, Lynx) and even more animals from all over the world.

Sadly no. This is a completely separate release as it's an Xbox Play Anywhere title and thus can't be acquired as a free upgrade. I've asked support not long ago about this.

Xbox make a remake of zoo tycoon 2 with actual kinds of animals not 11 kinds of lions, 9 kinds of giraffes, and 7 kinds of agoutis. No wolves, zebras, aquatic animal(except for the 5 kinds of caimens that look exactily the same), bison or eagles were included in this game. And maybe make the recordings for the small exhibits a little longer? With the xbox one x couldn't we have a better zoo tycoon. It's only 9 gb now so it could be a much bigger game, dlc? I mean instead of making 10+ versions(subspecies) of animals that look exactly the same, put in some new animals even if you didn't make a new game some serious updates and possibly dlc would be approved(i've looked everywhere and everyone complaines). If not I might just make a new zoo tycoon myself.😂 BTW: fix the glitch where the animals spawn out of their cages😁, I wrote this to hopefully get some kind of info to you that your sales would go berserk if you made a good old fashioned zoo tycoon, sell the game to another company(away from frontier and cobra) or whatever😕 hope this comes through.

Add zoo tycoon 2 and planet coaster functions and add the quality of the new jurassic Park game with more animals more colour variation and I think that would probably be the best and funnest game to play but obviously they won’t do that :( I think this game could have been amazing if they did updates on it attempt to do a better job on the game be less lazy and put lots more quality into the performance like the new Jurassic Park if I have to wait 3 years I definitely would like to see new animals like wolfs zebras penguins horses etc and definitely more effort in to the game I hope they do release more stuff for this game

It really gets old with publishers and developers repacking their games and acting as if the game is NEW. I bought this at the launch of the console, FOUR, yes FOUR years ago. At the very least, there should be a discount for those of us who bought it. However, one huge question I need answered is will this "NEW" version allow for larger zoos, since you were severely limited to how many things you could put in a zoo last time, even though you had a huge space to work in. I would say less than 50% of the large area provided could be used, which was a shame since I wanted to build a much larger zoo. If we get a much larger space to work with, I MIGHT see the worth in getting this all over again. And by the way, this title was $30 at launch four years ago as well, the same as it is now. So it isn't as if the game was $60 before, and now they are giving us some deal with it being $30.
