I am very lazy cuz' I use adrenaline shot with almost every character and I don't want adrenaline shot to cover up one whole item slot but can't do anything cuz' I just forget to use the medikit but I am trying not to use it now cuz' I have now understood how precious every item slot is btw very informative video

For me ,reason is They don't allow us to customise layout like size of health kit button ,abilty button And health kit button is too small ,and some time it didn't pressed
