In the most recent update (3.6 or 3.7), Betsy received some nerfs because she was too powerful.

What happened to me I was a nix I was trying to kill this beastie She was about to cross the river and I was crossing the river to when she trapped me with the logs I tried everything to get out but I just couldn’t I saw the flyer and I said oh no and then her teammates laughed I tried and tried but it wouldn’t work I was stuck and then I died from the fire

Hey Fear! I dont know if this is possible but. If your whole clan got together on discord you could all try to get in the same big teams squad and separate from your group and play a hunger game if you teammates go down you cannot revive them and the last one standing win!!!

@@Splatoob if ur on level 1, only have 100 trophies, if your on level 10, only have 900 or 1,000, of your on level 15 have 1,200 or 1,300 max, this is how I get the most fair match making. But don’t do trophie dropping, that’s different. Stay at this pace

I'm sorry @Fear but your comment about spear is wrong. Seen as spear is by far and away her biggest damage deal I'd say it's definitely worth aiming it. In fact if you get good with aim prediction you can use it to finish off people running away. I use bow and bombs to control my enemies and then finish with an aimed spear. Also her bow and spear can be shot through walls, handy to flush buildings out.

Over 20 characters now statistically you’re not going to run into Betsy much as shelly, and if you do you can just let someone else take care of her. If I had to guess I’d say the odds of ending up in a 1v1 vs Betsy as shelly as the last 2 players in battle happens maybe once every 50-100 or more games so it’s not really a strong issue
