It’s good. The issue we have is it can be inconvenient. It dies a lot. Having to plug it in. It’s clear and easy. The more we use it that seems to be the issue.

What is the correct way to turn the monitor off? It makes me repair everytime I turn the monitor off. And I have to go back to the camera and reset it. Everytime.

Mine looses connection every 5-10 seconds. So not worth it. Night vision is terrible.

I have the same issue, I'm having to power the camera side up every time I want to use it. I feel like this can't be how its supposed to operate.

Have you had issues of the turning off the battery in the plush? I hit the button hold it all it does is flash green or go solid.

I just got this and the video quality is awful. Everything is blurry you can’t make out faces... is there a way to make this not that way like a specific set up or did I get a defective device

Hey Jennifer, I was planning on buying this for my newborn, did you ever reach out to the company and get a replacement? If so, was the quality any better or were you able to return it at all since you were not satisfied? Please let me know, I’m already skeptical of whether or not this company is legit or a scam so would really like you to ease my fears before I purchase this! Thanks in advance

Not once has this device worked for me since purchasing I constantly have to try to pair the device with the camera and monitor it’ll never pair. It’s constantly draining of battery. I have reached out to customer service. Multiple times only received one answer telling me I need to just repair the device which I’ve done multiple times at this point I spent over $150. I just want my money back I’ll go on Amazon and buy a car mirror to see my child. This is a waste of money do not purchase Buyers beware
