The Bollywood movie got released in the year 1987 and Dieter Bohlen composed the original music in the year 1986. Therefore Bappi Lahiri ji just copied it. Unfortunately there are numerous evidence that Bollywood copy paste began since 1950s. Much earlier than you were born. We know it better.
