☆Woooow Ram! Your exposition and amplification of the scent-landscape narrative is stunning my friend. You were giving me hermeneutic class flashbacks. Professor Ram-you should be on the Sultan's payroll-lol. But seriously, you're an artist-unequivocally so, just as much as what you review. Happy weekend to you and the whole Ram Frag Fam ♡🐏🐏🐏🐏🐏🐏☆

Thank you for another wonderful review - can’t wait to try Sacred Scarab! If it’s on the level of Anubis, well enough said. Sultan Pasha is on the Mt. Rushmore of perfumers for me.

Yes! I’ve been looking forward to your review on this since you mentioned it a while back- I absolutely love this one and, like you alluded to, it definitely has a historical feel to it! Sultan pasha is a great perfumer! Really enjoyed his use of aldehydes here 🙏❤️🐏

☆ By the way blue lotus mythology plays heavy into this scent. It is said that there used to be a narcotic varietal, unproven still. But, it is still currently used as a hypnotic/lucid dream tea today 🐏🐯❤☆

Definitely one of the better zoologist. I find I keep coming back to it because it's so interesting. It's still very wearable and well balanced.

Great review Ramsey! I too have a 10ml travel of this perfection. Takes me on such a journey. I have a full bottle of Squid and Seahorse. I really want a Moth next. Whare are your thoughts on Civet from the house. I find Civet very similar to Rochas Femme. Unfortunately I have the newest formulation of Femme but It is still amazing juice. Cheers! Keep up the great work!

Absolutely the Best Zoologist. Would love to try the attar version...i have 20 or so zoo travelsprays and plan on getting at least 10 more. I love this House and think Victors a visionary creative and a good friend. Soooo glad you finally reviewed this. Smell swell & be well!! xo PS ZOOLOGIST launched in 2014 with original formulations of Beaver (chris barlett) Panda & Rhino (paul kiler, both). Just FYI! 😊

Hi Ramsey. Can you make in the future a top conifer/menthol fragrances? It's my favourite genre. Top minty fragrances videos exist but I mean the conifer smell of ormonde man, Layton, or even Creed Royal Oud.

My nose was not ready for the overwhelming civet opening haha. I do intend to revisit Sacred Scarab someday though! Speaking of ancient Egyptian scents with kyphi, I recommend checking out Le Dieu Bleu from Astier de Villatte.

Cheers Rams, I do love Egyptian fragrance and indeed the whole history and artifacts pertaining to the country, however I’ve not tried this one , that said I was holidaying in Egypt with my ex some years ago , and at an outside restaurant a huge Scarab beetle flew onto our table lol , Amy’s mother had a freak out and was about to slam a side plate on the damn Beatle , a waiter rushed over to stop her and explained “ This is a very sacred and special Beatle to all of us Egyptians here and must not be harmed , to which she replied “ Oh I’m so sorry I’d no idea that it was a pet of yours here in the restaurant “ A typical Blond Moment from the Queen of Blonde Moments Hahaha . Cheers Rams great review, have a terrific weekend buddy. 💪🤛👊

Hi Ram, I have seen a vintage bottle of amouage for sale. It's in the old style bottle and in a red leather box. It only says 'cristal' but I am unsure whether it's mens or womens. I have been unable to find a comp. online so I wondered if you could shed some light on this. Many thanks.
@RamseytheRam4 күн бұрын
It could be either the men's or the womens...both were sold under that crystal label...I reviewed one on the channel...look up my silver review and you will see the crystal bottle for men If it's a different bottle style it's for women
@rossmcfarlane66874 күн бұрын
@RamseytheRam i think it's a vintage gold man but in a different box, probably not the original presentation. What do you reckon that might be worth?

🤣 well it's a bit of a curve ball with that piny sappy bit, wouldn't expect to find it in Egypt but maybe you're already dead and that's why there's pines and incense🤔 also I love that floral accord that moth has, I just wish it would last longer Ram ...🐏

The ancient Egyptians wore oils and ungulade to raise their vibration to be closer to God. I pray that humanity wakes up to this life of consciousness and spiritual existence in the very near future 🙏 ✨️

A friend had this on once and it was intriguing, but I'm not sure I liked it initially. He let me sniff it on paper and it was like 🤯 😂 Wish I could say that it was one of my favs from the brand but he never made me a sample. 🤣 Apparently I need new friends. 🙄 Git.

I was always let down by this scent. I think Pasha could have gone with something animalic, hot, stinky. Scarabs actually smell peach or plummy. Everything you could associate with a scarab beetle, Sultan Pasha went another way. Gently floral, aldehydic, bright. Disappointed in this scent, personally.
@RamseytheRam5 күн бұрын
I think you should revisit it... the animalic aspect is there with the civet
@ryanx35845 күн бұрын
@RamseytheRam I have a small sample and I wore it only last week actually. I just don't find it animalic at all
@RamseytheRam5 күн бұрын
