Opt out period ended July 13th. Stop calling it an opt out. He flat out quit. He should have made that decision by July 13th. Instead he waits hours before game 3. He quit. He doesn’t want to put in the time during the off season, but didn’t have the balls to tell the organization that. Real “hard choice” to “opt out” of your job while still collecting pay.
