The sound is excellent. The first preset I liked (Please, can you share Tonny preset settings?))). Gilbert preset is not much good(As for me not enough the distortion, and a lot of Hall) ... Third, a good clean ... I also bought this processor))) ... Have fun to use! What kind of guitar do you use?

+Evangelos Evangelou, one question - Have you tried to connect with G5n with ZOOM Guitar Lab? Did you use Guitar Lab already? I have a problem - I can`t run Guitar Lab for Windows 7, 64 bit :(

It sounds great. I can't make up my mind between this and the POD 500x. I'm buying one or the other very soon. The gt-100 was in my consideration but I've moved that to bottom of the list as it's distortions are just terrible. Any thoughts?

I have the GT 100, ME 70 & 80, Vox Tone lab & the old regular Zoom g3. I am going for one of the new N series. they sound that good & are far easier to mess with. More intuitive. Oh yeah, had the Nova system which sounded fine but not intuitive at all.

They have added a lot to the G5n, ping-pong delay, new amp models and patches all free. I used to have a huge rack, Eventide H3000, all midi the works. The G5n beats it for $300 bucks hands down. You need a proper interface for your DAW, huge USB lag with out it. No problems going direct out though.

Oh man thanks! Exactly what I was looking for. I do mostly recording these days & jump between my home & another studio. Very little live stuff so this is great to know. Thanks.

Some have said, they do not get the USB lag so YMMV. I can't deal with it though so there are work arounds. Depending on your usage you might look into one of the new cheaper models. Less buttons and bank space, but I believe the same chip. I'd still keep the one I have, it acts like a real guitar amp dynamic wise. Drum machine and looper is dodgy the way they implemented it. They just rekeased a 2.0 patch that supposedly adds a double looper function, but I havn't messed with that part yet.

I have been using the G3 for ambient stuff. But I just got Peavey Revalver a couple of weeks ago which sounds great. I'm told it isn't even he best one out there but I am impressed. I use it in the stand alone state with Cakewalk & not as a VST & it still has zero latency. I do like hardware more than software though so that is why I am prob going to with the G3n.

Έχω ακούσει μερικά reviews για το συγκεκριμένο...Έχω έναν blackstar ht5r....ξέρει κανείς αν συνδυάζεται καλα αυτή η πεταλιερα με τον ενισχυτή? I've heard a few reviews of this multieffect pedal and I liked it so far. I own a blackstar ht5r....does anyone know if the zoom g5n combines well with this amp?
