can I put some favorite functions - effects in my favorites so that I don't have to write them down all the time and remember the names? Thanks

Yeah! In Premiere, you can create presets from the effects that is applied on any clip, so that in future you can use it easily without wasting your valuable time. For that: step 1: From effect controls panel By holding Shift key select the effects or any parameters that you want to save it as preset. step 2: Right click and save it as presets. Give proper suitable name. step 3: From effects panel Expand Presets folder to access your custom presets. Now you can simply apply it effortlessly.

@@FlickEdit I expressed myself in a wrong way. I want to have favorite effects separately. I don't want to use them all at once. Sometimes I use blur, sometimes crop, sometimes stabilization... and so that I don't have to write and search for them, I want to have them somewhere on the side, as a favorite bookmark ⭐️ is this possible please?
