Zoom for PowerPoint is only available on powerpoint 2019 and 365.

you just go to insert menu, choose pictures and drag mouse to select photos you want use. Method 2: you can drag mouse and put to PowerPoint.

Dear my friend, to use Zoom feature, you need use PowerPoint for Microsoft 365, version 1607 or newer such as PowerPoint 2019..

In case the first comment should be deleted, it would be worth noting that I followed Enix's advice to the letter. However if you are like me and like to do your own thing, a word of warning. Should you want to go back and make changes, make a copy (duplicate) the original and work from there. Remember to save as you go along. If you should become even more adventurous and decide that it needs a touch more improvement, again make a copy. At least if it does go wrong than you just have to quit without saving. I'm quite proud of my work (thanks to Enix). Check it out and let me know what you think.

You can use PowerPoint 365 version to do this. Zoom on PowerPoint only have on Microsoft 365, version 1607 or newer PowerPoint 2019. Other version not play, not create.
