Thank you! I’ll have to look for the source file, but I’m pretty sure it was on “auto” as a scene setting and 1080p 24fps.

Great video, in which setup did you recorded it ? (scene, resolution, frames, etc.) I have this Zoom q2n, but my black and dark colours appear very pixelled, with poor quality. It is difficult for me to record in low light places. Thanks a lot

Sorry for the late reply! It was 1080-24 Cinema and either Flat or Auto. 4k looks grainy in low light situations.

Be extremely careful that the Q2n 4K camera does not tip over when attached to a tri pod, the housing that holds the tripod is not strong. That's exactly what happened to mine, 5 month old camera , now useless. Very disappointed that Zoom would not make this right and cover this under warranty.

Wld you happen to know how do I upload videos from my Q2N-4K to my Chromebook? I am able to put it on the Chrome, but after that it is as if it isn't even there when I try to upload. Do you have any suggestions as to how I should go about it. Thanks

Just to make sure I understand the problem...you connect the camera via usb, check out the videos on your Chromebook, but then - after disconnecting the camera - they didn’t copy to the your Chromebook’s drive?

Being a drummer, my main use for the camera is as an up close drum cam. But I can assure you, the audio recording quality is excellent

hahaha ... i have the camera and recording in dark is terrible ! u need program for remove granny ... sound is great but video terrible in night ... day is really nice buy night is worst !

We figured out that the picture quality was better/less grainy at 1080 at night. But yeah, I think the camera is the best compromise between video quality and sound. Just for video, there are better cams for sure

I thought it was great. It captures the subject without too much seen in the background so you can focus on the subject. Depends on what you're trying to achieve I guess.

@@Landenburg is much, much better for sure. Audio aside it does so much not very well at all .. Terribly hyped. Buy a cheap used mobile phone without a sim and you get 4k and great sound if it's a half decent one + iso settings + image stabilization. Bought the Q2n tested outside, inside, 4k, and 1080P all below-average quality. It does a lot but nothing except audio very well. = Agree with this guy kzbin.info/www/bejne/ap6wiJ6Xm7erd7s

I think there’s always a compromise between video quality (which is better in other devices) and sound quality (which I thinks is where Zoom is the best). Have you tried all the settings? 4K in low light seems to produce a really grainy picture sometimes.
