Poor Soviet. They are too far away to built their navy and their Kirov are going to get gangbang by those Patriots/Aegis. Soviet AI got horribly nerf from being the most powerful to being a joke when your base is an island.

Well, what's the fun in doing that? He chose Korea specifically to unleash Black Eagle's fury. If he want to just Rocketeer rush, any Allied nation could do that.
