Please do this Challenge: the floor is..... waste land" You: iraq Enemy: brutal random No super weapons. You are only allowed to extend over starting area with desolators deployed on the ground. Both air and ground can only extend into enemy base when the enemies towers decline deployment of desolators. So you have to tower defend your way up to the enemy with baracks, and defence structures on waste land until you can Attack with kirov or anything. If your desolators die you cant repair your buildings anymore until one desolators is up deployed again. But you are allowed to use auto repair stations to keep your tanks allive and moving in the waste lands until you reach the enemies base then they can freely raid the base.

Could you tell why you not use spies on barracs and war factories to get upgrated troops?

Because He plays Yuri vs Yuri only. There are No Spies. Spies are ally only units. Sovjet and yuri dont have them so he cant build them.
