Why are there 360 degrees in a circle when the biggest circle early man knew was a year? 365. Obviously the Earth at one time had a year of 360 days.

Yeah it's a quasar formed around a supermassive black hole that's feeding on a bunch of matter around it. The matter is spinning around the accretion disk at insane speeds and some of it never actually crosses the event horizon, but instead gets ejected out at the poles at near-light speed.
