The levels of ethical and moral wrongs in this whole interview are sickening. The cavalier attitude of these companies and imprudence of exploitation of our people is heart-wrenching. This happens when wealthy individuals and institutions think they are above the law and can do what they want. There are rules for minimum wage (that is lawful), and there are also rules for what is right and justified. How do you mistreat your workers? Essentially, your business partners in this economy and say, “It is what they agreed to,” preying on people’s desperation. They should ashamed of themselves, all involved in creating this situation. We need institutions to work for us, as they should.

You owe your workers an average of 8 months salary. That means you owe some more than 8 months. This is English. However, my problem is another what is the work of organized labour. In the part if the world where I live organized labour cracks the whip after 3 months unpaid salaries. Secondly what does the labour laws in Ghana say about this. Disgusting businesses men.

If the manager is claiming he hasn’t been paid for eight months, it seems unlikely he would still be there supporting the company. He is definitely receiving his pay; the real issue is that the company simply doesn’t care about its employees.
