ZooTampa at Lowry Park: Tour of this TOP TEN Zoo! 🦏

ZooTampa in Florida is known for being in the Top Ten Zoos in the US, but what is it like to visit and what kind of animals will you see? We explore this great Zoo and find out why it is so highly rated.

What sets it apart from other Zoo's is:
1) Beautiful theming
2) Many different types of animals, and many different types of the same animal (For example, not just one type of Owl, but five kinds)
3) Many activities for you and your kids
4) Large Manatee Exhibit
5) Expedition Africa takes you up close to the animals
6) The ZooKeepers were so kind and taught us so much about the animals!

Far and away the handlers as well. Gotta admit I missed Lauren when she left. They had to big controversy with one vet. They shut down the man@tees for a year and half.

I went to visit specifically to see the orangutans, so sad to see these beautiful creatures in such a small habitat. These poor guys are so bored with nothing to do, they just stand around and look at each other like what did we do to get here. Boredom is so sad to watch.
