Thank you Marc for once again spending your own personal time helping expand this channel! Without your efforts, that means there would now be TWO less parks on Zoo Tours. You can watch his other contributions below, one of which is another episode filmed entirely by him. LA's Rainforest of the Americas (his own work): kzbin.info/www/bejne/oIeuhJWpntpsors San Diego's Africa Rocks: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q5nZpnyurtaNjck San Diego's Elephant Odyssey: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rZi9YqiPrdSMidU

As an Australian i must say this is one of the best looking exhibits I've ever seen showcasing our native wildlife! It really does look like the outback, the plants are endemic to the areas shown, they're even showing wild type budgerigars ( green with yellow faces) . I get irritated with a lot of overseas zoo , Australian exhibits. They'll show woodland species mixed in with savannah species mixed in with Tasmanian species.... It would be a bit like if you went to a non American zoo and their USA aviary had Arizona road runners in with Canada geese while the aquarium had Manatee, Chinook salmon and hellbenders in one big tank.

Awesome, I had no Idea Yellow-Footed Rock Wallabies were so hard to come by in Zoos. I know Zoo Tampa is one, but I unfortunately don't know the other.

It’s so rare to see Australia well represented in zoos. Great to see these amazing creatures being given the love they deserve. I know Omaha Zoo, Los Angeles Zoo, and Zoo Tampa have yellow footed rock wallabies!

Absolutely great video Zak, I felt that this was one of the most well written videos to date, with very good facts that don't drag, alongside smooth transitions and funny jokes. Works wonders when paired along with Marc's photography. Looking forwards to the next tour!

Thank you very much for being the first to mention these changes! The channel will have a much more casual, get to the point style from now on, no documentary-like dramatic effects, like a real zoo visit should be.

What an outback? And well done, Marc! Say, Zak, which zoo are you visiting next for Episode 111? Also, I've got 5 zoo trivia questions for you.... 1) What is the name of the klipspringer that moved in to the Oakland Zoo from the Alberqueque Zoo? 2) How many new Mexican Gray Wolves moved in the San Francisco Zoo this year when Bowie is at his own exhibit, since his 2 Brothers passed away? 3) What animal sneaked into the SF Zoo & ate 2 wallabies + 1 red kangaroo at the Walkabout? 4) What new animal moved in to the Sacramento Zoo? 5) What animal did the Curiodyssey Museum & Zoo usually house way back?

Have you ever noticed that the name " Australia(n) Adventure(s) " is getting more and more common like the overrated name of " Stingray Bay ". I mean, I can already think of atleast 3 zoos with the name. Maryland, Fort Wayne, as well as this one. Is Australian Adventure gonna be the next Stingray Bay? Who knows?
@ZooTours

And Fort Wayne's has a Stingray Bay IN an Australian Adventure. Never heard of any Maryland zoo with such an exhibit though.

I've found several sources that state otherwise. Can't find anything about the Majove "Located in the Sonoran Desert" - thetravel.com "The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is located in the Sonoran Desert" - guidestar.com "They are in the Sonoran Desert of the Coachella Valley and Santa Rosa Mountains foothills near Palm Springs, California." - coachellavalleyweekly.com "The Eisenhower Trail, comprised of three different trail routes, is a great way to stretch your legs and see the landscape in the Sonoran Desert." - onlyinyourstate.com

Don't scare me like that😅 There's always one mistake per video and I already had to Trim one of them out. Though I don't blame you, I had my doubts about its location because other sources never gave a straightforward answer.
