Um actually, modern Harley Quinn is a Jinx knock-off, Jinx was based on Gollum, Heath Ledger`s Joker and Helena Bonham Carter as Bellatrix Lestrange in the "Harry Potter" films. Pay attention to her facial tics and vocal mannerisms in the Game as well as how Bellatrix`s relationship with Voldemort(Which skirts the line between adoptive parent and child magical criminals and lovers) and that of Jinx and Silco in "Arcane" and it becomes painfully obvious!
