ZPHS SUNKET | ANNUAL DAY CELEBRATIONS |

Zilla Parishad High School (ZPHS), Sunket, celebrated its first Annual Day on 9th January 2025 with great enthusiasm and support from parents, students, and local leaders. The event was graced by Chief Guest Sri Ashok Kumar, District Education Officer (DEO), who commended the school for its remarkable achievements and assured that, as part of the ‘Amma Aadrsha Paatashala’ initiative, basic facilities would be provided to all schools, including ZPHS Sunket.
Sri Ashok Kumar praised Principal Peddi Santosh for organizing an extraordinary celebration, on par with private schools, and acknowledged his efforts in securing a good GPA and increased IIIT admissions for the school. This year, ties, belts, shoes, and ID cards were distributed to all students, thanks to the generous support of sponsors.
Principal Santosh Kumar personally dedicated time to conducting study hours and additional classes from 8-9 AM and 6-8 PM since June 2024, helping students excel academically and prepare for competitive exams. Parents, local leaders, and alumni lauded the efforts of the Principal and teachers for making the event a grand success and setting a benchmark for government schools.
In his address, Principal Santosh Kumar expressed gratitude to all supporters and hoped this event would inspire other government schools to celebrate their annual days, encouraging more students to enroll in Telangana's government schools.
